The Evil Queen's (Lana Parrilla) return to Storybrooke on "Once Upon a Time" is bound to cause problems for everyone, but none more so than Snow White (Ginnifer Goodwin) and Prince Charming (Josh Dallas).

We're pretty sure her lifelong grudge against "Snowing" hasn't gone anywhere in her dormant years while Regina reformed, and if TVLine's first look at the premiere is any indication, her revenge is going to be pretty destructive.

The photo shows Snow, Charming and Regina investigating some kind of crash site out in the woods, in the apparent landing spot of the Untold Stories characters who will be joining the citizens of Storybrooke in Season 6.

Could these Untold Stories be part of the Evil Queen's larger plan?

According to showrunner Adam Horowitz, "Snow’s history with Regina comes back to haunt her and Charming, as a plan set in motion years ago by the Evil Queen comes to dangerous fruition in present-day Storybrooke."

Josh Dallas also hinted at San Diego Comic-Con that something from Charming's past in particular would be stirring up trouble for the couple in the new season.

Naturally, we're wondering what part of Charming's history will throw him for a loop when the new season returns. So which new character will have an Untold Story within Charming's narrative?

Our top two guesses would be an old love interest from his time as a shepherd or an old enemy from his time as a prince.

We don't know much about Charming's life on his mother's farm, other than that he wasn't much of a dragon slayer or a lady killer. While his marriage to a girl in town had been a topic of discussion with his mother, she was no Snow White, and thus Charming wasn't interested. Could this snubbed merchant's daughter be a little bummed she missed out on a charmed life with Charming?

On the other hand, we also don't know the full story of Charming and Snow's reign before the Dark Curse hit. If a rebellious subject or warring royal fell into the category of Untold Stories thanks to Charming, we bet they'd want a little revenge too.

"Once Upon a Time" returns Sept. 25 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC
