Alec Baldwin‘s wife, Hilaria Thomas, has reportedly checked into a New York hospital to give birth to their first child. A source tells the New York Post, “The baby hasn’t arrived yet, but it could be any moment.”
The couple, who were married in June 2012, are expecting a girl. Hilaria recently showed off the baby’s nursery to the TV show “Extra,” and said she will be a yogi like her mother.
Alec and Hilaria had not decided on a baby name at last report, but Hilaria says they will choose something that reflects her Spanish culture, as well as Alec’s American background.
Alec has a 17-year-old daughter, Ireland Baldwin, with ex-wife Kim Basinger. The newborn will be Hilaria’s first child.
Baldwin recently called being around his younger pregnant wife “a thrilling thing to observe.”
