“American Idol” is finally getting to some live performances this week, with the Top 15 girls kicking things off Tuesday (Feb. 18) and the Top 15 boys performing Wednesday. But before they can take the (revamped) “Idol” stage, the Top 30 have to go through Randy Jackson‘s boot camp first.
Above, Jackson, as the new in-house mentor, addresses the contestants. Then below, former “Idol” stars Adam Lambert and Chris Daughtry help out with staging, arrangements, style and just any general advice they have for the contestants.
If you’d like to know what a day at boot camp is like, check out Zap2it‘s on-the-scene account in this photo gallery and tune in Tuesday at 8 p.m. ET/PT for the first night of “Rush Week” before we have our Top 13 finalists.
