Robert Downey Jr. is currently in negotiations with Marvel about potentially continuing to play Tony Stark in the “Iron Man” movies… but what if the next “Iron Man” movie isn’t really about Iron Man at all?
Gwyneth Paltrow‘s character, Pepper Potts, got to take part in some seriously awesome action sequences in “Iron Man 3,” and now Paltrow has her eye on even more screen time.
“The nice thing is that everybody’s sort of been very sweet about Pepper
in this movie, like all the journalists who came in,” she tells Us Weekly.
“They were like, ‘Oh my god, you have to have your own movie,’ because
in the comics, Pepper gets her own suit, and she becomes a character
called Rescue. They’re like, ‘We need a Rescue movie,’ and I’m like,
‘Okay, well, I’d better hit the gym.'”
One person who would be on board? Paltrow’s 7-year-old son, Moses. “I now have a Lego in the set — there’s a Pepper, so I am a goddess. So fun,” she says.
