Get ready for more awkward hookups, awkward breakups, awkward fights, and awkward moments, because MTV has just ordered a full Season 4 for “Awkward.”
The high school dramedy starring Ashley Rickards has not even started production yet but the network has already ordered 10 more episodes, bringing the fourth season of the show to 20 episodes, Deadline reports.
Season 4 will be the first season of “Awkward” without creator/executive producer/showrunner Lauren Iungerich, who left the series after Season 3 wrapped. Chris Alberghini and Mike Chessler will take over as new showrunners.
There is no premiere date for Season 4 yet.
