“If you wished hard enough and you took your shirt off enough times, true love would find you,” says Kimmel. He also cracks that it’s good that Lowe is off the market — “We want you to stay away from our women. I think this is a good thing, you being off the field. It frees up a lot more women for everyone else.”
But in all seriousness, Lowe says that he and fiancee Catherine Giudici really are living apart and that they’re waiting to consummate their relationship until they are married. “We’re taking the old-fashioned approach,” says Lowe.
Kimmel jokes that after the primetime wedding on ABC, late night should be “where the action is” and invites Sean to make love on their set after he and Catherine are married. Lowe jokes, “I’d give it some thought.”
Catherine was also there, in the audience. She tells Jimmy that there are a few of the girls from the show that she’d like to invite to the wedding — “I’ve asked permission if some of the women can be there.” By “permission,” she means if Sean is OK having girls he’s made out with be at his wedding.
“That’s how cool she is,” says Lowe.
