Republican presidential candidate Michele Bachmann often doesn’t make sense.
It was during her presidential campaign kickoff in Waterloo, IA that the Minnesota congresswoman proudly said she shared the same “spirit” of another hometown hero, John Wayne. The problem is it was John Wayne Gacy, the serial killer, who was from Waterloo and not the legendary actor.
And in the spirit of this and Bachmann’s other nonsensical thoughts like, “I find it interesting that it was back in the 1970s that the swine flu broke out then under another Democrat President, Jimmy Carter. And I’m not blaming this on President Obama–I just think it’s an interesting coincidence” and “Not all cultures are equal,” there’s a YouTube video offering bad lip reading of a Bachmann speech. Think of it as a funnier and more refined version of a karate movie voice over.
Bachmann is not the first politician to get this kind of treatment. Previous victims include President Obama and Texas Governor Rick Perry.
Rather than spoil the joke of what the Bachmann impersonator says, just watch the video. You’ll get the point quickly.
“Mama gets a what what. You know I represent.”
