Brett Favre has confirmed to ESPN’s Ed Werder that his daughter Brittany (above, left) recently gave birth to his first grandson. Favre posted on his website: Deanna and I are very proud and excited to welcoem our new grandson Parker Brett to the Favre family. Parker Brett was born Friday, April 2, weighing 7 lbs, 7 oz and we’re please dto say that both Mom, Dad and Parker Brett are healthy and doing great.
If Brett Favre chooses to return as quarterback of the Minnesota Vikings at the age of 40, that will make him the first active player-grandfather in the National Football League.
