The 2013 CMA Awards are taking place tonight, which means co-host Carrie Underwood will have the opportunity to show off … well, pretty much every single dress in her closet. The country music singer has become famous for her many, many outfit changes during the annual awards show over the course of her six years co-hosting alongside Brad Paisley, and it seems like 2013 will be no different.
Stay tuned in to Zap2it as we keep track of Underwood as she constantly switches the gowns she is wearing, and let us know which of her outfits ends up being your favorite.
Dress 1: Red carpet glam
Underwood went full coverage sheer and sultry for her first dress of the night. The nude gown was flattering on the red carpet, but likely won’t lend itself to the song and dance routine that Underwood and Paisley are likely to perform during the CMA Awards 2013 opening sequence.
Dress 2: Battle armor
Just what was Underwood wearing for the opening sequence? The battle armor-inspired look helped her teach Paisley how to twerk — and use Obamacare. Yes, the CMA Awards shot for the moon in its opening sequence.
Dress 3: Pretty in pink
Underwood went pretty and frilly with her third dress, opting for a pink gown in place of her edgier earlier outfits.
Dress 4: Not even a dress
Going for pants and a glittery headband, Underwood used this look to help Paisley mock Miley Cyrus and Robin Thicke‘s 2013 MTV Video Music Awards outfits.
Dress 5: Dangerous slits
Underwood’s fifth outfit was relatively conservative on top with its black three-quarter length sleeves and silver studs, but it definitely dared to bare with some revealing slits in the silver skirt.
Dress 6: Silver all over
Keeping with the silver theme, Underwood opted for a full metallic silver dress for her sixth outfit.
Dress 7: One sexy romper
Underwood rocked a black romper during her medley performance, though we could have gone without the silver frills on her ankles.
Dress 8: Dare to bare
Not much has been seen of Underwood’s eighth outfit beyond the fact that it is black and pink and features a whole lot of skin from her front showing. If you’ve got it, flaunt it.
Dress 9: Floral pants
Again, not technically a dress, but Underwood went with some very bright yellow floral pants for her ninth outfit. Debatably too bright, yellow and floral, but that’s for you all to decide.
Dress 10: Simple and gorgeous
For her final look of the night, Underwood combined what worked best from all her other outfits. It was a simple metallic dress with some flowers embroidered into the bust, and she looked gorgeous in it.
