Good grief! The actor who gave a voice to “Peanuts” character Charlie Brown as a child has been arrested on stalking charges. Peter Robbins was apprehended Sunday at the San Ysidro Port of Entry in San Diego, Ca.
The Associated Press reports Robbins, who voiced the character in “It’s The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown,” “A Charlie Brown Christmas,” and other “Peanuts” specials as a child, was arrested following a background check.
Robbins has an outstanding warrant from the San Diego County sheriff’s department for charges of making a threat to cause death or great bodily injury and stalking. He is set to be arraigned Wednesday.
