AMC has found a host for its “Breaking Bad” talk show — and it didn’t have to look very far.
Chris Hardwick, who hosts “Talking Dead” for the cable channel, will also serve as host of “Talking Bad.” The live after-show debuts at 11 p.m. ET, after the return of “Breaking Bad” and the series debut of “Low Winter Sun.”
“‘Breaking Bad’ will go down as one of the best shows in television history,” Hardwick says. “Obviously, it’s tonally much different than ‘The Walking Dead,’ and I will strive to give ‘Breaking Bad’ the send-off it deserves. I am honored to be able to give fans a peek behind the curtain for the last eight episodes so we can all say goodbye to it together.”
Embassy Row, the company behind “Talking Dead,” is also producing “Talking Bad.”
