It’s possible the indie rock lover in your life is unresponsive right now, because the lineup for the 2012 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival was just announced, and it is, like, aneurysm-inducing, face-meltingly good.
The Black Keys, Radiohead and Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg (together) will headline the annual Southern California music festival on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, respectively.
The 2012 festival will be the first to run two weekends, with identical lineups from April 13-15 and again from April 20-22.
Aside from the Black Keys, Friday highlights include M83, Pulp, Arctic Monkeys and Mazzy Star. On Saturday, aside from headliners Radiohead, big draws are Bon Iver, The Shins, Miike Snow, Feist and Childish Gambino. Sunday will close out with the aforementioned dual performance from Dr. Dre and Snoop Doog as well as a reunited At the Drive-In, Justice, Florence and the Machine and Beirut.
