Randy Quaid, who was granted asylum in Canada earlier this year after fleeing a group of assassins who target celebs (he and wife Evi described them as “star whackers” and blamed them for the deaths of Heath Ledger and David Carradine, among others) has now set his experience to music.
We can’t really understand most of what Quaid is actually singing in the video below, but the chorus of “I’m talking about whackers/those sleazy star whackers” is pretty clear. According to Vanity Fair, which obviously has much better ears in its newsroom, Quaid also references TMZ, murder and organs being sold on eBay.
Quaid was backed by his band, The Fugitives, who all look rather alarmed at appearing on stage behind Quaid. Will Quaid take his show on the road? Perhaps he could tag along if Charlie Sheen adds a Canada leg to his tour?
