William Levy, Katherine Jenkins and Donald Driver will be competing for the mirror ball trophy in the “Dancing with the Stars” finale. After holding on as far as the semi-finals, Maria Menounos went home after logging the lowest score of the week with partner Derek Hough.
“I learned how strong I was,” said Menounos as she made her graceful exit from the competition. “I learned to perservere.”
“I loved dancing with this woman,” said partner Derek Hough. “She’s not just a champion at dancing, but a champion at life.”
Despite a Monday (May 14) back injury, Jenkins and partner Mark Ballas made it to the next level, along with telenovela star Levy — partnered with Cheryl Burke — and wide receiver Driver and his partner, Peta Murgatroyd.
The evening also featured a performance by Mary J. Blige, who sang Journey’s “Any Way You Want It” while “Rock of Ages” co-star (and former “DWTS” alum) Julianne Hough danced around decked out in full ’80s regalia.
