The fates of many, many “Game of Thrones” characters hang in the balance in the show’s Season 4 finale, “The Children.”
Coming off the Battle of Castle Black, Jon Snow’s confrontation with Mance Rayder has yet to play out, while the fate of Tyrion Lannister remains unclear. Daenerys Targaryen is down one of her key advisors as she reigns in Meereen, and Bran, Jojen and Meera have yet to reach the Three-Eyed Crow. Then there’s Arya, the Hound, Brienne and Pod, all of whom are traveling on the King’s Road to uncertain ends.
The above promo for the Season 4 finale teases how those storylines will play out, and at least fans can expect to see the dragons — and twincest! — once more before the season is over. The synopsis for “The Children” reads: “Circumstances change after an unexpected arrival from north of the Wall; Dany must face harsh realities; Bran learns more about his destiny; Tyrion sees the truth about his situation.”
“Game of Thrones'” Season 4 finale airs Sunday (June 15) at 9 p.m. ET/PT on HBO.
