Who has a crush on Blaine?
Considering that the entire world seems to want Kurt (Chris Colfer) and Blaine (Darren Criss) to get back together, it’s interesting how much “Glee” seems to want to keep them apart. Case in point: In the upcoming “Sadie Hawkins” episode, the entire purpose behind the dance is that Tina (Jenna Ushkowitz) has a crush on Blaine.
Apparently that’s what’s going on. The video below lays out the situation in all of its illogical detail:
Not that there is much detail to be had. The video prefers to explain how there’s no music in the dance scenes and how Marley (Melissa Benoist) and Jake (Jacob Artist) are going to have a romantic night.
Maybe we will get a little more explanation on the Tina-Blaine thing before the episode? Or maybe not.
What’s up for Kurt and Blaine anyway?
Despite their Christmas reunion, Kurt and Blaine are still officially separated. And they might remain that way for awhile. In addition to new characters posing challenges to the boys’ young love, the idea may be out there to go with “just friends.”
“I think for any relationship that got such a killer start as the two of them, it’s good to have some troubled waters to ultimately have some kind of payoff,” Darren Criss told reporters. “I think it’s good to show young people especially that really strong relationships, when they do part, it’s not necessarily the end. It’s sort of a new chapter for both people. And I do like that they’re very much staying in each other’s lives.”
When reporters were on the set of “Glee” on Wednesday (Jan. 16), they noticed evidence of some sort of wedding on the set. Producer Dante di Loreto spilled that there would indeed be some sort of wedding happening on the show’s Valentine’s Day episode: “I think it’s fair to say that there is romance in the air. There is a wedding in the air.”
Of course, no one was willing to say who the bride and groom might be.
Who graduates in season 4?
There are at least four graduating seniors in the Lima High class of 2013: Artie, Tina, Brittany and Blaine. Also, there’s a chance that Sam (Chord Overstreet) is going to escape high school as well. But even the actor who plays Sam doesn’t know that for sure yet.
Where will all of these departing characters go? There is nothing definite yet, but we can expect to see at least one or two of them join Kurt and Rachel (Lea Michele) in New York City. “I wouldn’t be surprised if another cast member or a few other cast members — if you find them in New York,” di Loreto said. “That story is yet to reveal itself, but it seems one of those natural conclusions. But they’re all going in different places.”
“Glee” returns with new episodes on Thursday, Jan. 24 at 10pm on FOX.
