Hip-hop artist Gucci Mane (real name Radric Davis) was indicted Tuesday (April 9) on one count of aggravated assault, E! News reports. The indictment stems from his altercation with a soldier at an Atlanta nightclub in mid-March.
James Lettley, the alleged victim, claims that Mane hit him over the head with a champagne bottle when he tried to get a picture with the rapper. Ten stitches were required to fix the cut on his head. Mane left the scene and later turned himself in to the cops after a warrant was issued for his arrest.
Now the indictment has come down and Mane could be in for some jail time once again. Bail was set at $75,000. The rapper has been in trouble with the law several times in the past few years, for crimes ranging from drugs and traffic violations to assault and battery and weapons charges.
