We know you’ve all been anxiously awaiting an update on yesterday’s thrilling Gumby robber story, about a man in a Gumby costume who tried, and failed, to rob a San Diego convenience store.
Well, you can stop white-knuckling it. The perp has turned himself in.
19-year-old Jacob Kiss turned himself in to police on Thursday morning, as did his accomplice,
Pokey Jason Giramma, also 19.
According to the police, investigators questioned the teenagers, took down their statements, and confiscated the Gumby costume for evidence. The duo were then released while the District Attorney decides whether or not to file charges… and what, exactly, those charges may be.
