The custody battle between Halle Berry and ex Gabriel Aubry is getting uglier by the minute. Berry is currently fighting to keep Aubry away from their daughter, Nahla, after he allegedly shoved their nanny while she was holding Nahla. The nanny was denied a restraining order against Aubry while the police conduct an investigation into criminal battery and child endangerment.
Now, Berry has also been questioned by Child Protective Services, according to reports. Berry’s remarks about her nanny and her ex are sealed, per court rules about disputes between parents over chidren.
Alliance Kambem, the nanny, says that she believes Aubry resents the fact that the courts have ordered him to employ a nanny. “His resentment has developed into dangerous and aggressive behavior
towards me, particularly when I am in the presence of Nahla,” Kambem
said according to documents obtained by CNN. “I am truly fearful he will hurt me and in the process hurt Nahla
“He would say things to me like, ‘What are you doing here?’ ‘You are a
spy,’ ‘You report everything I say,’ ‘You’re not even doing your job.’
‘Nahla doesn’t like you, she doesn’t want you here,’ and ‘I don’t need a
nanny, I don’t want you here,'” the statement continues.
