Jack Kerouac, the man who inspired the beat generation and this new trailer featuring a topless Kristen Stewart, would bave been 90 on Monday (March 12). Kerouac’s best-known work, “On the Road,” will hit the big screen as a film adaptation later this year (hence the topless K-Stew trailer), but here are a few things you can do now to honor the scribe in the meantime:
1. Read “On the Road”: It may have been published more than 50 years ago, but the semi-autobiographical tale of road trips, jazz and recreational drug use still resonates with most college students, who still consider it required off-syllabus reading.
