Happy birthday, Tupac Shakur — the late rapper would’ve turned 41 years old on June 16 — that is, if he’s actually dead, as many conspiracy theories deny. No, being back in hologram form does not count.
Tupac fans — even some famous ones — paid their respects to the musician on Twitter, reminding everyone of his lost talent and potential. So crank up the “California Love,” make sure you have some cash squirreled away for the inevitable hologram tour, and honor Shakur, who was born on June 16, 1971 and tragically gunned down in Las Vegas, NV in September of 1996.

Happy Birthday Tupac! If you were still alive today, all these rappers in today’s world would still be flipping burgers at Burger King.

Happy Birthday, Tupac. You would have been 41 years old, playing a sitcom dad on the CW & plugging your line of BBQ sauce on the Today Show.
