Jennifer Aniston is clearly determined to take her career in a new direction. After details on all the scandalous requirements of “Wanderlust,” her new comedy with Paul Rudd, there are now a few juicy nuggets to be found in her next project, “Buttercup.”
]]>reports that the “Buttercup” script has Aniston’s character, Rosemary, engaging in both phone sex and adulterous advances on a man who’s already married… to god.
“Father Stephen opens the door,” reads one scene from “Buttercup.” “Before he can say anything, [Rosemary] kisses him.”
Not entirely appropriate, but we’re barely blushing. What else have you got?
Rosemary “lies half-dressed on her bed,” in another scene, “one hand holds her phone to her ear. The other is in her underwear.”
Ok, now we’re scandalized. But do you think raunchy roles are the direction Aniston should be going in?
