Jimmy Kimmel‘s first show from Brooklyn was washed out Monday (Oct. 29) in the wake of Sandy slamming New York. A day later, though, he’s going ahead.
“Jimmy Kimmel Live” will air Tuesday night from the Brooklyn Academy of Music’s Harvey Theater. Howard Stern and Tracy Morgan are confirmed as guests, along with musical guest Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings.
“Unless something weird happens, tonight’s show in #Brooklyn is ON like fleece on Gov. Christie,” Kimmel tweeted Tuesday morning.
David Letterman and Jimmy Fallon taped their CBS and NBC shows Monday, albeit without studio audiences, but there’s no word yet on whether they’ll go ahead with Tuesday tapings. “The Daily Show” and “The Colbert Report” were dark Monday and will remain so Tuesday, according to notices on their respective websites.
