On Monday, a masseur, identified only by the name John Doe, filed a lawsuit against actor John Travolta, alleging that the actor touched his genitals and attempted to initiate further sexual contact while in a private bungalow at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Travolta’s reps say they have proof that Travolta was actually on the east coast at the time the man claims the incident occurred.
Now, a second massage therapist has also stepped forward, seeking $2 million in damages from the actor. The second man is also identified as John Doe and has the same lawyer as the first John Doe. He claims to have “substantial documentation and numerous witnesses regarding the substance of Travolta’s actions.” He says it happened at an Atlanta hotel in January.
A friend of the actor says that he plans to fight the lawsuits, not settle. Travolta is “sick and tired of fighting this insidious, ongoing whisper campaign that has gone on for years.”
