Thursday night’s (Sept. 3) “Jersey Shore” posted the highest-rated telecast MTV has had in the 12-34 demographic in eight years. 6.5 million total viewers tuned in, while the 18-49 demo posted a 3.3 rating, which topped every other show, cable or broadcast. [MTV]

A&E is breaking out the unaired episodes of “Steven Seagal Lawman.” The show was stopped when Seagal was accused of sexual harassment back in April, but now that the case has been dropped, eight more episodes will air this fall. Somebody alert “The Soup.” [Live Feed]
