Things just got interesting in the case of the April 7 night club fight allegedly involving oft-troubled star Lindsay Lohan.
Radar Online is reporting that the actress, who originally stated she was home on the evening of the alleged incident, was spotted on surveillance video from The Standard Hotel in West Hollywood. This corresponds with what the alleged victim, Marisa Dugas has claimed. Dugas has said that the fight happened after she began chatting it up with one of actress’s male friends.
A source tells the publication, “Investigators obtained the surveillance video from the Smoke & Mirrors nightclub at The Standard Hotel and it clearly shows that Lindsay was there on the night of the alleged assault. The investigation is still ongoing and follow-up interviews will now be conducted as necessary.”
At the time of the initial claim, Lohan’s spokesman Steve Honig says, “Lindsay was absolutely not involved in any sort of altercation whatsoever. This is clearly another case of someone looking for money and 15 minutes of fame.”
