The latest cover of People shows McConaughey in his three-piece Dolce & Gabbana tux and his wife, now Camila McConaughey, in a hand-stitched gown by a favorite Brazilian designer.
“We decided to embrace the ritual of marriage as an opportunity and adventure we’ll take together,” McConaughey, 42, tells People.
The couple exchanged vows in front of around 120 guests, including Reese Witherspoon, Woody Harrelson, John Mellencamp and Kenny Chesney. The couple’s son, Levi, who turns 4 in July, served as ring bearer, and their daughter, Vida, 2, was the flower girl.
“Somehow they both seem to understand what we are doing on a spiritual level,” says Mrs. McConaughey.
