Radar Online‘s sources tell the site that Fox is happy now that Green’s commitment to the show has come to an end. “It was really hard on the new family. He was working 18-hour days on the show, and that’s been really depressing for everybody,” the insider says.
The claim is that Fox really didn’t want Green to be associated with Sheen, but that Green needed to take the job for the money. While that sounds like a bit of a stretch (they can’t be in that dire of straits), it isn’t too surprising to learn that Fox is apparently not a fan of Sheen.
“She has always kept her distance from Charlie Sheen, that is not somebody she wants or needs to associate with,” the source says.
Green plays Sheen’s nemesis and the boyfriend of his ex-wife Jennifer Goodson (Shawnee Smith). After getting a 90-episode order, “Anger Management” airs Thursdays at 9:30 p.m. on FX. Fox is currently pregnant with her second child with Green.
