Following a hospitalization earlier this week for an allergic reaction to some antibiotics, singer Miley Cyrus has postponed her U.S. “Bangerz” tour while she recovers, reports the Associated Press.
A rep for the former “Hannah Montana” star tells the AP that the tour will make up the dates Cyrus has been forced to postpone starting on Friday, Aug. 1 in Uniondale, N.Y. The rescheduled dates will include seven make-up shows and two additional tour stops. Existing tickets for the tour will be honored on the new dates. Check with Ticket Master for further information.
The singer has been sidelined because of a bad reaction to the antibiotic cephalexin, which she was taking for a sinus infection last week. The European leg of the “Bangerz” tour is still going to kick off Friday, May 2 in Amsterdam.
