Bravo has announced two renewals and three new series coming to its programming slate.
The Emmy-nominated “Million Dollar Listing New York” has been renewed for a fourth season and all three NYC-based real estate agents, Fredrik Eklund, Luis D. Ortiz and Ryan Serhant, will be back for the show that takes viewers inside some of the highest-end real estate deals in the country.
Bravo has also announced a spinoff of the “Million Dollar Listing” franchise when the show heads for San Francisco. In line with its predecessors, it will follow three “brokers-by-the-bay” as they work with demanding clients, intense competition and complicated personal lives.
Executive producer Randy Barbato tells the 2014 TCA summer press tour audience, “The thing about New York, Miami, LA and San Francisco, they’re really four of the five hottest real estate markets for luxury real estate in America. San Francisco seemed a natural choice — in addition to the actual luxury market, the architecture is really interesting.”
“Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles” broker Josh Altman adds, “We’re really the only show that hits this ultra-luxury market. We are showing what people dream about. No one else can do what we do, we’re the best of the best.”
Also coming to Bravo are unscripted series “There Goes the Motherhood” and “Secrets & Wives,” the former of which follows a “high-end mommy and me” group in Los Angeles and the latter of which chronicles a tight-knit group of ultra-wealthy friends who know everything about each other.
Bravo has also greenlit a second season of “Southern Charm.”
