The Red Dress Collection at The Heart Truth runway show is held every year to kick off New York Fashion Week, in order to draw attention to heart disease in women.
For 2013, celebrities modeling the collection included actress Minka Kelly (above), singer Toni Braxton, TV host Kelly Osbourne, Olympic gymnast Gabby Douglas, reality stars Kris, Kendall (below, top) and Kylie Jenner (below, bottom) and many more.
Actress Brenda Strong tells the AP that it’s been awhile since she’s been on a runway of any kind. “In my last incarnation, when I was in college, I was a Miss America contestant. That was a long runway!”
Osbourne adds that it’s all a good time, even if you aren’t a model.
“This is all done with a sense of humor. It’s fun. I don’t fancy myself a model, but maybe the models are relatable if we’re not perfect, so it works for me,” says Osbourne.
The first Red Dress show was held in 2001. The Kardashian torch has definitely been passed, as Kim Kardashian has modeled in the past, but this year it was her little sisters making headlines. That Kendall, she sure is a looker.
