If we could look into a crystal ball, would this be what the Emmy Awards have in store for us this year?
The critics submitted their votes for the annual celebration honoring their opinion of the latest and greatest in Television, with little surprise at the 2014 Television Critics Association awards held in Beverly Hills, CA (July 19). The show also received a one of a kind intro, starting with a duet by host Terry Crews (“Brooklyn Nine-Nine”), accompanied by Miss Piggy in a song about all the TV this year.
Critical darling “Breaking Bad” won yet again for Program of the Year, after previously taking home the 2013 trophy in the same category. Buzzed about hits, “Orange Is The New Black” and “True Detective” were also among the night’s biggest winners at the 2014 ceremony.
