Will a new villain be joining the fray in “Person of Interest” Season 4? That’s certainly what co-showrunner Greg Plageman seemed to be teasing to Zap2it during a recent interview promoting the new season.
“Our guys, they’ve all sort of fallen into a different life, a life that’s predicated on survival,” he says. “I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised. There’s a silver lining to it among that Orwellian blanket that they’re living under. I think they’ll all find that they’re good at different things.”
Both Plageman and Nolan tell Zap2it that Shaw has the worst trouble fitting into this new world. “She’s still not crazy about the knees,” Nolan says. “She’s got much more significant problems this season. They’re way beyond which part of the body to shoot at.” Meanwhile, Root also has a “complicated” transition to the dystopian society, Nolan teases.
“Person of Interest” Season 4 premieres Sept. 23 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.
