reesewitherspoon glamour Reese Witherspoon post 30: 'I feel much sexier'

Reese Witherspoon may just have it all. Glamour‘s January cover girl hits news stands everywhere Sunday (Dec. 7), and the big screen in her latest rom-com “How do you know” on Friday Dec. 17. But before all that, she’ll be immortalized with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Wednesday Dec. 1. Frankly, we’re a little surprised it took so long to get her there.

]]>In a fabulous red and black mini-dress on the fashion mag’s cover, we have to say Reese is looking sexier than ever at 34 years old. She tells Glamour  why that might be.

“I think as a woman, you get older, you feel more confident in your sexuality,” she explains. “Sexuality and femininity is an accumulation of age and wisdom and comfort in your own skin. I feel better — so much better now than I ever did in my twenties.”
When it comes to Hollywood though, Witherspoon is all about embracing her humor rather than sex appeal. “There’s always going to be somebody younger or sexier. Thats why I like to say, and it’s become my famous line, ‘Funny doesn’t sag.'” From the looks of it, there’s not much sagging on you anyway, girlfriend; but we support the sentiment regardless.
There’s one thing we suspect could be contributing to Reese’s sunshine-y perspective on life: Love, which she seems to be counting in spades.
“I’m really, really lucky. I’ve got a lot of love in my life,” she says. “I’m very blessed.”
After a few-high profile romances, including a very public divorce from Ryan Phillippe, Reese seems to have found happiness with non-celebrity Jim Toth.
“I’m finding out that it’s very comfortable to be with somebody who understands my career, but doesn’t do what I do,” she gushes. “He’s a great guy. He’s wonderful.”
Good for you, Reese. We love a happy ending, especially when it comes in romantic comedy form.
