Following the exciting news that “Blurred Lines” hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart (a first in his career), Robin Thicke has revealed when his sixth studio album will be made available.
The album, also titled “Blurred Lines,” will drop on July 30, with guest appearances from Pharrell Williams and T.I. (on the previously released single) and Kendrick Lamar (“Give It 2 U”).
“I am absolutely thrilled that ‘Blurred Lines’ has reached No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100,” Thicke says. “I am so grateful to all of my fans and I’m excited for them to check out the album when it drops in July. It is great that it is already being received so well.”
On Thursday night (June 13), Thicke and Williams stopped by “Jimmy Kimmel Live” to perform the hit single and, while there, they debuted a hysterical remake of the song’s very popular music video. Check out the goofy clip below:
