MMA bantam weight champ and ESPN Magazine body issue cover girl Ronda Rousey is not a fan of Kim Kardashian and doesn’t appreciate her own younger sister keeping up with Kim or any of the Kardashian clan.
At Wednesday’s Espys, Rousey went on record to state that if she had the chance to take on any celebrity in the ring, it would be none other than Kim K.
You know what, I would beat the crap out of Kim Kardashian actually,” she says. “Any girl who is famous or idolized because she made a sex video with some guy and that’s like all she’s known for — oh I got my fame from sucking d***? Sorry, but it’s true.”
But wait, there’s more:
“Why is everyone slipping it under the carpet now, like ‘Oh, she’s selling Skechers to 13-year-olds!’ I don’t want some girl whose entire fame is based on a sex video to be selling Skechers to my 13-year-old little sister,” she says. “That’s a horrible kind of role model that I really do not want to be around. Girls like Kim Kardashian are being pushed in my sister’s face and it’s not healthy. She shouldn’t have role models like this and that’s why I’m doing stuff like ESPN Body, because someone needs to do it — for God’s sakes.”
Them’s fighting words. Thus far, no response from Kim. Or noted Kardashian critic Jon Hamm.
