Fox News is welcoming Sarah Palin back into the fold. The former governor and vice presidential candidate left Fox News back in January after over two years at the channel. There was no word at the time whether it was on Palin or Fox’s part, or a mutual decision.
But Fox News is happy to welcome her back. Chairman Roger Ailes tells the AP, “I have great confidence in her and am pleased that she will once again
add her commentary to our programming. I hope she
continues to speak her mind.”
Palin adds that “the power of Fox News is unparalleled. The role of Fox News in the important debates in our world is indispensable.”
Palin’s first appearance when she returns is scheduled for Monday, June 17 on the morning show “Fox & Friends.” The terms of her contract were not disclosed at this time.
