Sarah Palin is currently dedicating her time to writing a book about “fitness and self-discipline.”
The former Vice Presidential nominee announced the news to People through an email. Palin calls the book “unique and motivating” and says it’s something the entire Palin brood is working on.
“Our family is writing a book on fitness and self-discipline focusing on where we get our energy and balance as we still eat our beloved homemade comfort foods!” she writes. “We promise you what we do works and allows a fulfilling quality of life and sustenance anyone can enjoy.”
Clearly it is working, because Palin continues to get thinner and thinner even after she’s been spotted picking up Chick-fil-A with her husband Todd. That little outing might have been more about proving a political point than actually craving some fried chicken sandwiches, though.
People is unclear whether Palin has been contracted to write the fitness book or if it’s something that’s just a passion project. There’s also no announced release date for the project.
We know of someone in the Palin family whose fitness tips we can’t wait to hear: Bristol Palin. The current “Dancing with the Stars: All Stars” contestant is now competing in her second season of the hit dance competition, and likely has learned plenty of great tricks from the show on how to keep a svelte body.
