Death Row records founder Suge Knight was arrested on Thursday (Feb. 9) in Las Vegas after cops pulled over a car he was driving and allegedly found marijuana in the former rap mogul’s possession.
Police pulled over Knight when they saw him changing lanes and allegedly making a turn without a proper signal, a Las Vegas police department spokesman tells Reuters. A records check turned up three outstanding traffic warrants, including one for driving on a suspended out-of-state license.
Cops also allegedly found less than an ounce of marijuana. Considered a misdemeanor, Knight was released on $2,600 bail.
In 2008, Knight was arrested in Vegas on drug and assault charges, accused of punching his girlfriend and pulling a knife on her. In May 2010, Knight was again arrested on susupicion of assault with a deadly weapon.
