Fan favorite finalist Bubba Thompson from CMT’s “Sweet Home Alabama” has written a book about love, dating, and the uniquely debonaire ways of a real cowboy. But before you read the Alabama charmer’s book, check out Bubba’s answers to our “Survey Says” questions:
What is your current computer desktop picture?
Open sky — there’s nothing better to look at for the soul.
What would you want to be written on your tombstone?
He lived an honest life and knew how to “Cowboy Up.”
Do you believe in karma?
The way you treat others is the most important thing in a cowboy’s life. Honoring and respecting others, your faith, your animals and your land — it all comes back to you as karma in the end. This is one of the main themes in my new book.
What was the last lie you told?
“I only had one beer.”
Do you have any strange phobias?
I am not a fan of Koi fish and I cannot explain why.
What does your latest text message from someone else say?
“Where you at?” The grammar needs fixing, but it says it all.
What super power would you like to have?
Of course if I could fly that would take the element of getting bucked off a horse and hitting the ground like a sack of bricks out of play.
What goes in your carry-on bag on the plane?
What’s your worst habit?
A cowboy’s day is supposed to start before the sun comes up. Let’s just say I am not exactly a morning person and I tend to hit the snooze button too many times and it makes the rest of the crew pretty upset.
Who is your celebrity crush?
What is your favorite song to sing in the car?
“Friends in Low Places” by Garth Brooks.
