Start stock-piling the wine now, “Bachelor” fans, because January just became “Juan-uary.” You’re going to be able to watch “Bachelor”-centric programming twice a week for a whole month. Hooray!
Sunday, Jan. 5 kicks things off with “The Bachelor: Countdown to Juan Pablo,” then on Monday, Jan. 6 the actual “Bachelor” season featuring Juan Pablo Galavis debuts on ABC.
The countdown special is a good primer, since we saw approximately 30 seconds of Juan Pablo before he was chosen as the next “Bachelor.” #TeamZakkkkk.
The next weekend, you can “jump on the ‘Bachelor Bus'” (we cannot make this stuff up, people) for “The Bachelor: Behind the Scenes” on Sunday, Jan. 12, where Chris Harrison crashes some more viewing parties and you’ll get to see what happened after the first rose ceremony from the premiere.
Sunday, Jan. 19 it’s “The Bachelor: Bachelor Love Stories” (why the double “Bachelor”? Why not just call it “The Bachelor Love Stories”?), which will showcase married couples, like Trista/Ryan, JP/Ashley, Jason/Molly, and Desiree Hartsock and her
second choice fiance Chris Siegfried.
Then on Sunday, Jan. 26 it’s the BIG DAY! “The Bachelor: Sean and Catherine’s Wedding,” which is not only a televised event, but it’s airing live.
Should be a fun month. Like we said, start hoarding the wine now.
