When professional wrestling fans saw The Undertaker’s legendary winning streak come to an end at “Wrestlemania 30” on Sunday (April 6), what they didn’t realize is that he was also working hurt.
At some point during his match against Brock Lesnar, Undertaker suffered a severe concussion. The injury was confirmed by WWE, which says in a statement, “The Undertaker was immediately taken to Ochsner Medical Center. After a CT scan and other medical testing, he was diagnosed with a severe concussion and was kept overnight for further evaluation. He was discharged early Monday afternoon.”
There is no word on whether The Undertaker will appear on Monday’s “WWE Raw” to followup his loss at “Wrestlemania.” He’s currently not listed among the superstars scheduled to appear on the show, which starts at 8 p.m. ET on USA.
