Leonardo DiCaprio‘s 2013 seems to be full of rich men doing wild things. Fresh off his turn in “The Great Gatsby,” the actor’s tackling another era full of outrageously rich behavior in “The Wolf of Wall Street.”
In the new film, directed by Martin Scorsese, DiCaprio plays Jordan Belfort, a real-life, and hard-partying, stockbroker who — alongside fellow brokers played by Matthew McConaughey and Jonah Hill — lived the high life in the ’80s and ’90s: avoiding the feds on yachts, taping money to women’s bodies, throwing wild parties in the office. (That avoiding the feds thing? Spoiler alert: Belfort spent 20 months in prison for market manipulation.)
The first trailer for the film, set to Kanye West‘s new song “Black Skinhead,” gives off a sort-of “Wall Street” meets “American Psycho” vibe, without, you know, all the killing.
Be sure to check out the trailer above. “The Wolf of Wall Street” hits theaters Nov. 15.
