The last quarterfinals results for “America’s Got Talent” was tops on Wednesday, besting runner-up “Big Brother” by nearly 3 million in total viewers, though the CBS reality show was the winner in the adults 18-49 demo.

The double dose of “Extant” saw an uptick for CBS, while “Penn & Teller: Fool Us” continued to be solid for The CW and “Motive” hit a six-week high for ABC.

NBC won the total viewers crown with 6.6 million and a 4.2 rating/7 share in households, followed by CBS at 5.9 million and a 3.7/7. ABC trailed at 3.55 million and a 2.4/4, followed by FOX at 3.4 million and a 2.2/4 and The CW at 1.1 million and a 0.7/1.

In the adults 18-49 demo, CBS edged out NBC 1.4 to 1.3, followed by ABC and FOX tied at 0.9 and The CW at 0.4.
