Wednesday’s ratings played out pretty much according to form for this summer, with “America’s Got Talent” — which was up a little from last week — leading NBC to a win for the night. “Big Brother” was steady for CBS, but “So You Think You Can Dance” dropped a little for FOX.

NBC drew 6.3 million viewers and a 4.0 rating/7 share in households in primetime, beating out CBS’ 5.7 million and 3.7/6. FOX (4.5 million, 2.8/5) came in third. ABC finished fourth with 3.7 million viewers and a 2.6/4, and The CW (934,000, 0.6/1) trailed.

None of the networks got over the 2.0 mark in the 18-49 demographic. NBC finished on top with a 1.7, and CBS and FOX tied for second at 1.5. ABC posted a 1.0 and The CW a 0.4.
