A “20/20” special about Robin Williams pulled in solid ratings for ABC Tuesday night, drawing its time period’s biggest audience of the summer.

Also Tuesday, “America’s Got Talent” held onto its spot as the night’s No. 1 show, holding steady with last week’s adults 18-49 and increasing a bit in viewers. “Extreme Weight Loss” was also even for ABC.

NBC finished on top for the night with 7.8 million viewers and a 4.6 rating/8 share in households. CBS (6.3 million, 4.1/7) came in second, beating out ABC’s 5.05 million and 3.4/6. FOX (1.4 million, 1.0/2) took fourth, while The CW drew 824,000 people and a 0.5/1.

NBC also topped the 18-49 demographic with a 1.7 rating. ABC finished second with a 1.3. CBS (0.9), FOX (0.6) and The CW (0.3) all missed the 1.0 mark.
