It’s been a year since Charlie Sheen was sacked from “Two and a Half Men.” But one of his former co-stars, Jon Cryer, isn’t quite done with the matter yet as he took a few digs at Sheen at Sunday’s (Jan. 29) SAG Awards.
While on the red carpet, E! News asks Cryer how things were without Sheen. To this he says, “It’s a little less suspenseful being on the set nowadays. When you come into work, you’re pretty sure [Ashton Kutcher’s] going to be there. And nobody’s pushed his car off a cliff or anything like that.” He adds that he’s not spoken with his former on-screen brother any time recently.
Cryer seems quite content with Kutcher as Sheen’s replacement on the show. And with good reason. Ratings for “Two and a Half Men” are comparable to what they were during Sheen’s last year on the show.
Cryer says Kutcher is “great. He’s a clown. He is up for anything, willing to do anything.”
