10 Spoilers: '90210' goes to Comic-Con plus 'Cougar Town' seeks the opposite of Laurie
Read on for "Supernatural" vampire scoop, a "Psych" casting tidbit, and a "How I Met Your Mother" flash forward.
"Supernatural": In the upcoming "Blood Brother," a vampire-centric episode, we'll meet Andrea -- a wealthy, well-bred woman who is anxious to restore her romance with a former flame. As can be expected on this show, though, Andrea's got some secrets up her sleeve.
"Psych": Neil Grayston, who played bespectacled brainiac Fargo in "Eureka" (and "Warehouse 13" in a couple crossover episodes), is guesting on an upcoming episode of USA's detective comedy. Details about his role are scarce, but we predict he will be hilarious.
"How I Met Your Mother": We've already seen plenty of Ted's children in the future -- and now it's time to meet Marvin, Marshall and Lily's son. Sure, we've seen him as an infant, but in the fourth episode of Season 8, titled "The Bro Code for Parents," we'll see Marvin at 2, 6, and 13 as he gets well-intentioned advice from his three godparents. And, well, you know what they say about good intentions.
"Cougar Town": Travis is getting a new girlfriend. Amanda is an art student type -- and she's not sticking around long. The most interesting thing about her? Producers are looking to cast someone specifically "the physical opposite of Laurie (Busy Phillips)." Hmmm.
"Blue Bloods": In episode 304, it's Danny's wedding anniversary, but unfortunately, he's not exactly able to celebrate. He's working on investigating a murdered bride-to-be and her missing groom when he's pulled off the case and assigned to protect a visiting dignitary. He's not particularly pleased.
"New Girl": In an upcoming episode, a very hot woman named Megan is going to be very interested in Schmidt. Why? Well, because she's under the impression that he's Mitt Romney's son. And apparently, she's into that kind of thing.
"90210": Beverly Hills meets... Comic-Con? In an upcoming episode, some of our favorites will head to a comic book convention, where some very obsessed fans will dote on their favorite actor.
"Modern Family": The sixth episode of this season will be the Halloween episode, where we'll meet Sam at a costume party. Sam is a gorgeous Asian woman... or at least, gorgeous enough to fool the oogling straight guys into thinking she's a woman.
"Bunheads": Tonight's Season 1 finale sees three hookups, two breakups and one (potentially) major shakeup. And if the final minutes don't at least give you goose bumps, then we hereby revoke your Amy Sherman-Palladino superfan membership.
"Burn Notice": When Michael Westen and his team track down his brother's killer, Tyler Grey (Kenny Johnson of "Sons of Anarchy" and "Saving Grace"), in Panama, they discover he was just a trigger man for the most coldblooded, ruthless villain the spy show has ever seen.
