Michelle Duggar's four oldest daughters have a new book coming out entitled " Growing Up Duggar: It's All About Relationships" and in an excerpt posted on People, the girls tell the story of "Marie," a teen who suffered from bulimia:

"She began to envy the girl who tried to control her weight through what turned out to be a destructive eating disorder. Not realizing how dangerous it was, Marie thought it might work for her, and soon her obsession to stay thin started controlling her life."

It is revealed at the end of the story that "Marie" is actually Michelle, who as a teen "had what everyone else wanted, but on the inside, she felt sad and empty."

"Growing Up Duggar" is penned by  Jana, 24, Jill, 22, Jessa, 21, and Jinger, 20, and is due to be released on March 4. Season 8 of "19 Kids and Counting" is due to premiere in April.
