After being arrested for weed possession back in February, 2 Chainz has been found not guilty of the charge. A Maryland judge determined that there was not enough evidence found to prove that the rapper, real name Tauheed Epps, was the one in possession of the marijuana police confiscated.

TMZ broke the news about 2 Chainz being off the hook, and the site claims this wasn't much of a surprise. After all, there were seven passengers in the van 2 Chainz was traveling in, but for some reason he was the only one arrested for the possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. 2 Chainz even tweeted that his security took responsibility for the marijuana at the time, though the police allegedly claimed, "He don't smoke." The rapper was later released with a citation.

2 Chainz had been on the way to perform at a University of Maryland Eastern Shore homecoming event. After he was arrested, the police who brought 2 Chainz in asked to pose for a picture with him.

"We to jail for a grinder??? REALLY???" he tweeted at the time. "Locked me up and then wanted pictures smh"
